ICDM’s members continued their operations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic

The International Confederation of Drum Manufacturers is an international organization comprised of trade associations that represent steel drum manufacturers worldwide.

Steel drums are used to ship hazardous and non-hazardous materials around the world.
They provide an excellent balance of safety, strength, sustainability, and cost efficiency.

Current Issues

ICDM advocates for the common interests of its members before national and international standard-setting bodies, such as the United Nations Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods and the International Standards Organization.

It also collaborates with its members to develop position papers that provide guidance on critical issues to steel drum manufacturers and their customers.
